The Alabama Bushwacker may sound like a nasty little serpent, but the only venom in this bad boy is the kind that will get you tipsy. The 'bama wacker contains light rum, coconut rum, and coffee liqueur, plus a bunch of vanilla ice cream, caramel syrup and whipped cream, in what amounts to a sweet milkshake with a serious bite.
ALABAMA BUSHWACKER
1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Coffee Liqueur
Vanilla Ice Cream
Caramel Syrup
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cherry, Ground Nutmeg
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, light rum, coconut rum, and coffee liqueur. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
2. Drizzle caramel syrup in a glass and pour the mix in.
3. Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and ground nutmeg.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
