Aperol Mist

The Aperol Mist is one of those popular cocktails that every bartender should know how to make. This wild sunset-colored cocktail combines Aperol, lemon juice, Belgian style wheat beer (like Hoegaarden), and is garnished with a lemon peel for extra bitter-citrus mixed drink deliciousness.

APEROL MIST
1 oz. (30ml) Aperol
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
Belgian Style Wheat Beer (Hoegaarden)
Garnish: Lemon Peel

PREPARATION
1. Add ice, aperol and lemon juice to pint glass.
2. Top with beer and stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.
