Brian’s Negroni

The Brian's Negroni by mixologist Brian Klemm is another unique cocktail masterpiece. This take on the classic Negroni cocktail combines Bruto Americano, sweet vermouth, and genever for a simple, classy sipper you're guaranteed to love.

BRIAN'S NEGRONI
1 oz. (30ml) Bruto Americano
1 oz. (30ml) Sweet Vermouth
¾ oz. (22ml) Genever

PREPARATION
1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a serving glass with ice and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
