Carrot Top

This Carrot Top cocktail is another one of our master mixology drinks you have to check out. This insanely nuanced tequila cocktail combines carrot juice, hot sauce, simple syrup, lime juice, and cilantro for a taste explosion you won't believe. Seriously if you love carrot juice and booze, you need to try this drink.

CARROT TOP
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Tequila
2 oz. (60ml) Carrot Juice
¼ oz. (7.5ml) Hot Sauce
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
¾ oz. (22ml) Lime Juice
Cilantro

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, muddle cilantro stems and combine tequila, carrot juice, hot sauce, simple syrup and lime juice. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into serving glass with ice and garnish with cilantro or parsley.
