This Charlie Brown's Falling Pumpkin is another little mixology drink masterpiece all of you experienced bartenders need to try. This pumpkin cocktail combines peach liqueur, grapefruit juice, apple cinnamon syrup, pumpkin purée, and saline for a wild bouquet of flavors. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick for some little simple, sweet cocktail garnishes.
CHARLIE BROWN’S FALLING PUMPKIN
2 oz. (60ml) Scotch Whiskey
¼ oz. (7ml) Peach Liqueur
½ oz. (15ml) Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Apple Cinnamon Syrup (¼ Apple, 2 Cinnamon Sticks)
1-2 bar spoons Pumpkin Puree
5 drops Saline
Garnish: Apple Slices, Cinnamon Stick
1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine pumpkin puree, peach liqueur, grapefruit juice, apple cinnamon syrup, saline, and whiskey. Shake well.
2. Place a glass in a hollowed pumpkin and strain the mix over ice.
3. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
