Creamy Hot Buttered Rum

If you need a warm cocktail on a cold day you have to try out this Creamy Hot Buttered Rum. This tasty rum cocktail combines spiced rum, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and basically tastes like somebody's cuddling your mouth. Garnish this bad boy with whipped cream, nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick to maximize those warm and tingly drinking vibes.

CREAMY HOT BUTTERED RUM
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Spiced Rum
6 oz. (180ml) Boiling Water
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream (Softened)
Sprinkle Cinnamon
Sprinkle Nutmeg
Garnish: Whipped Cream/Cinnamon Stick/Nutmeg

PREPARATION
1. Cream butter and sugars before adding cinnamon and nutmeg. Add ice cream and beat mixture until smooth.
2. Add two spoonfuls of mixture to base of mug and pour over rum. Add boiling water and stir well.
3. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg.
