Heat oil in saucepan until about 350°

Lay out biscuits and cut out a hole in the middle

Gently lay the biscuits in the oil and flip after about one minute until browned

Remove biscuit from oil and rest on paper towel to drain (about 30 seconds)

Apply honey bourbon whiskey to the top of each donut using a pastry brush or spoon

Combine powdered sugar with honey bourbon whiskey and whisk until sugar dissolves
