FIRST THINGS FIRST
1 oz. (30ml) Coffee Infused Bourbon
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Fernet
1/2 oz. (15ml) Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. (30ml) Espresso w/Cream
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Almond Simple Syrup
Garnish: Crushed Biscotti, Mint Sprig
1. Combine bourbon, fernet, espresso, almond simple syrup, and sweet vermouth in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into your serving glass over ice.
3. Sprinkle some crushed biscotti and insert a mint sprig for garnish.
