This amazing coconut rum mixed drink recipe combines melon liqueur, coconut rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice, and is garnished with a cherry and pineapple wedge for extra tropical dessert drink tastiness.
MIDORI PINA COLADA
2 oz. (60ml) Melon Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Cream of Coconut
4 oz. (120ml) Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Cherry, Pineapple Wedge
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, melon liqueur, coconut rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice to a blender and combine until smooth.
2. Pour mix into glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
