MULLED WINE
25 oz. (750ml) Dry Red Wine
3 oz. (90ml) Brandy
Oranges
Cloves
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Star Anise
4 Tbsp Sugar
Garnish: Orange Slices/Cinnamon/Star Anise

PREPARATION
1. Slice orange into wedges and press cloves into rind. Drop into pan with all other ingredients and heat on low for around 2 hours. (Be careful not to let the temperature get too high as the alcohol will burn off. Keep it to a low simmer.)
2. Once everything has heated and combined, strain into mugs and garnish accordingly.
