Piña Colada Jello Shots?! Yes people, we went there. These incredible, tropical cocktail Jello shooters combine coconut rum, Jello, Island Pineapple Jello, pineapple rum, and cherries, and are perfect if you're having a little island-themed party.

White Layer:
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1 Packet Gelatin
1/2 Can Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Rum

Yellow Layer:
1/2 Cup Hot Water
3 oz. (90ml) Island Pineapple Jello
1/2 Cup Pineapple Rum

Non-Stick Spray
Mini Muffin Pan

1. In a measuring cup, mix hot water, gelatin, condensed milk and coconut rum. Stir.
2. Spray inside of muffin pan lightly with non-stick spray.
3. Fill muffin pan halfway with white jello mix.
4. Place in fridge to set.
5. In a measuring cup, mix hot water, island pineapple jello and pineapple rum. Stir.
6. Slice off the bottom of the cherries and place them on the top of the white jello layer once it is fully set.
7. Pour on yellow layer once it has cooled. (If it is not cooled it will melt the white layer below).
8. Place in fridge to set.
