PIÑA COLADA SHOT
Coconut Rum
Cream of Coconut
Pineapple Juice

PREPARATION
1. Rim a shot glass using corn syrup and coconut shavings.
2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into rimmed shot glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
