1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice

1. In a blender with ice, combine rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
2. Pour mix into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
