Pink Coconut Frost

All of you slushy coconut cocktail lovers out there should definitely try this Pink Coconut Frost, 'cause you'll love it. This beautiful slushy rum cocktail mixes up light rum, vodka, pink lemonade, maraschino cherry juice, and cream of coconut, and is garnished with coconut flakes and a cherry for extra tropical mixed drink beauty.

PINK COCONUT FROST
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Light Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Vodka
3 oz. (90ml) Pink Lemonade Concentrate
1 oz. (30ml) Maraschino Cherry Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut
Garnish: Coconut Flakes, Cherry

PREPARATION
1. In a blender, combine light rum, vodka, pink lemonade concentrate, maraschino cherry juice, cream of coconut, and ice. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
2. Pour mix into serving glass and garnish with coconut shavings and a cherry.
