STRAWBERRY PIÑA COLADA
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) White Rum
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Cream of Coconut
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice
4 Scoops Strawberry Ice Cream
1. Cut the top off of a pineapple and remove the insides, leaving it as hollow as possible.
2. In a blender with ice, combine rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and strawberry ice cream. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
3. Pour the blended mix into the hollowed pineapple and garnish with strawberry slices.
