Strawberry Sunset

STRAWBERRY SUNSET
Yellow Layer:
1/2 oz. (15ml) Grand Marnier
1 oz. (30ml) Peach Schnapps
1 oz. (30ml) Sweet & Sour Mix
Red Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Gin
1 oz. (30ml) Strawberry Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) White Cranberry Peach Juice
PREPARATION
1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine Grand Marnier, peach schnapps, and sweet & sour mix. Shake well.
2. Build a glass using ice and strawberry slices. Pour mix in, filling it about halfway.
3. In a separate mixing glass, combine gin, strawberry liqueur, and white cranberry peach juice. Shake well.
4. Pour mix over yellow one and garnish with a strawberry.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
