Everybody loves kicking back and having a beer or two in the backyard, but you know you have to keep those little frosty bottles away from kids and freeloading wildlife somehow. Well, people, here's the answer to that problem, and it's James Bond AF.  This is the HopfenHöhle LIFT, and it was posted to Reddit by user Tucko29. It immediately caught our attention as something we need to have in our backyards, because, well look at it.  https://www.youtube.com/embed/sHj85Cil4hE As you can tell by the mouthful of name, HopfenHöhle is a German company, and this hidden cooler — which reminds us a lot of the Barbasol can from Jurassic Park — is its only product.
It seems that the HopfenHöhle LIFT can be reconfigured in various ways, however, and is able to accommodate hard liquor as well as beer. Here's a little clip of it working as an underground bar with a bunch of party lights to set the mood:  [caption id="attachment_20872" align="aligncenter" width="750"] Image: YouTube / jokkollade [/caption] If you want to purchase one of these for your house, you'll have to pull out about $230 from your backyard cash stash, which we presume you keep in your BBQ or something. And while that's definitely a significant chunk of change, how can you possibly put a price on the looks on your friends' faces when they see you bust out with a hidden tower of booze rising from your lawn?
Are you down with this crazy way to hide your backyard booze? Or would you prefer to keep it old school with some simple beer-cocktail pitchers like the ones below?
