1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
Juice from 1/2 Lime
1 Egg White
1 Tsp Sugar
Garnish: Lime Peel/Mint Sprig
PREPARATION
1. Add rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar and egg white to an ice filled glass. Shake vigorously.
