Acapulco

Welcome to Acapulco! Or at least, welcome your taste buds to the Acapulco cocktail. This tall glass of tastiness featuring the same name as the famed Mexican city combines rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar, and yes, one raw egg white — because you need to weed out the drinkers without the huevos to try new things.

ACAPULCO
2 oz. (60ml) Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
Juice from 1/2 Lime
1 Egg White
1 Tsp Sugar
Garnish: Lime Peel/Mint Sprig

PREPARATION
1. Add rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar and egg white to an ice filled glass. Shake vigorously.
2. Fill serving glass with crushed ice and strain mix over top.
3. Garnish with lime and a mint sprig.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
