Folks, it's Easter Island time with this Aku Aku cocktail. This little combination of white rum, apricot brandy, and a few other delicious ingredients will go right to your (hopefully not that big) head in the best way possible.
AKU AKU
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Apricot Brandy
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup
10 Large Mint Leaves
Garnish: Lime Cup/Cherry/Mint
PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with crushed ice and shake vigorously to break up mint leaves.
2. Pour contents into glass and garnish with a lime cup, cherry and a mint sprig.
