Preparation

Add gelatine to hot water and leave to bloom for a few moments

Stir well

Add peach juice and leave to cool

Once jello mix has cooled, add peach schnapps and pour into shot glasses

Refrigerate until viscous and semi firm

Use a dropper or small syringe to add drops of Irish cream, blue curaçao and grenadine throughout

Refrigerate until solid
