- Add gelatine to hot water and leave to bloom for a few moments. Stir well. Add peach juice and leave to cool.
- Once jello mix has cooled, add peach schnapps and pour into shot glasses. Refrigerate until viscous and semi firm.
- Use a dropper or small syringe to add drops of Irish cream, blue curaçao and grenadine throughout. Refrigerate until solid.
