Antarctic Freeze

The Antarctic Freeze is cold-weather cocktail that's ironically perfect for all of you out there in the hot climes. This nifty little bit of North Pole action contains vodka, coconut rum, Island Punch Pucker, and pineapple juice for the white layer, and coconut rum, Blue Curaçao, and lemon lime soda for blue layer. ANTARCTIC FREEZE White Layer: 1 oz. (30ml) Vodka 1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum 1/2 oz. (15ml) Island Punch Pucker 1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice Blue Layer: 1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Blue Curaçao 1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Lime Soda Garnish: Cherry PREPARATION 1. In a blender with ice, combine vodka, coconut rum, island Punch Pucker, and pineapple juice. Blend thoroughly until smooth. 2. In a separate blender with ice, combine coconut rum, blue curacao, and lemon lime soda. Blend thoroughly until smooth. 3. Fill your serving glass with half of each blended mix and garnish with a cherry. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
