Aperol Spritz

The Aperol Spritz is another beautiful drink that glows like honey and tastes like pure gold. It's a simple mix of Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water, and is garnished with an orange wedge. And trust us when we say this drink looks like a real treasure if made right.

APEROL SPRITZ
2 oz. (60ml) Aperol
3 oz. (90ml) Prosecco
Splash Soda Water
Garnish: Orange Wedge

PREPARATION
1. Place ice in serving glass and pour over prosecco.
2. Add aperol and a splash of soda water.
3. Garnish with a slice of orange.
