Apple Pie on the Rocks

You don't usually hear the words "apple pie" and "on the rocks" put together, but in the cocktail world, crazy things happen. Speaking of crazy things, this Apple Pie on the Rocks cocktail is crazy delicious, with a combination of vanilla vodka, cinnamon whiskey, and apple juice. Rim the glass with brown sugar and cinnamon — and pop a cinnamon stick in there too, maybe — to bring out all your favorite home baked memories.

APPLE PIE ON THE ROCKS
1 oz. (30ml) Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Cinnamon Whiskey
3 oz. (90ml) Apple Juice
Rim: Brown Sugar, Ground Cinnamon
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of glass with mixture of ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Set aside.
2. To an ice filled glass add vanilla vodka, cinnamon whiskey and apple juice. Shake well.
3. Add ice to rimmed glass and pour mix over. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
