This wild Armonia mixology drink by Chris Amirault is perfect for drink makers of all levels. This wild rum cocktail combines gold rum, lime juice, yuzu honey, coconut liqueur, and angostura bitters, and is garnished with an espresso tuile for some extra coffee cocktail potency.
1 1/4 oz. (37ml) Gold Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
3/4 oz. (22ml) Yuzu Honey
1 bar spoon Coconut Liqueur
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Espresso Tuile
1. Combine rum, lime juice, yuzu honey, coconut liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and place espresso tuile over ice as garnish.
