What You'll Need

Irish cream
2 oz
Whole milk
16 oz
Butter
2 tbsp
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Dark chocolate (finely chopped)
3 oz
Granulated sugar
0.5 cup
Dutch processed cocoa powder
0.25 cup
Cornstarch
2 tbsp
Fine sea salt
0.25 tsp
Whipped cream

Preparation

Add the sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch to a medium, saucepan

Pour in the milk and whisk to combine

Heat over medium,-low heat until the pudding thickens and comes to a low boil, whisking almost constantly

When thickened, stir in the butter and continue to stir for another minute or two

Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, chopped chocolate, irish cream and salt

Stir really well until combined

Place in the fridge for 4 hours to thicken

Pour into individual dishes and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
