Bust out with the Baja Tiki if you're craving a crisp, refreshing tropical rum cocktail. This bad boy mixes up reposado tequila, light rum, Triple Sec, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, and maraschino liqueur, and is perfect as a poolside sipper or beachy cocktail.
BAJA TIKI
1 oz. (30ml) Reposado Tequila
1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Orgeat Syrup
1 Tsp Maraschino Liqueur
Garnish: Tajin/Sugar/Flower
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and and pour over tequila, light rum, triple sec, pineapple juice lime juice and orgeat syrup. Shake well.
2. Rim edge of glass with lime juice and sprinkle with tajin/sugar mix and fill with crushed ice.
3. Strain mix into glass and garnish with a flower.
