Barbies Escape

Forget about all your pink, plastic troubles with this Barbie's Escape cocktail. This beautiful drink combines vodka, Peach Schnapps, sweet and sour, and pink lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wheel and pink lollipop for a little extra infusion of sour and sweet.

BARBIES ESCAPE
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Vodka
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Peach Schnapps
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Sweet & Sour
Pink Lemonade
Garnish: Lemon Wheel/Pink Lollipop

PREPARATION
1. Add ice, vodka, peach schnapps and sweet and sour to a mixing glass and shake until combined.
2. Fill serving glass with crushed ice and strain mix over. Top with pink lemonade and stir well.
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and lollipop.
