BEER JELLO SHOTS
3 oz. (45ml) Beer
1 oz. (15ml) Tequila
1 Pkt Gelatin
2 Tbsp Sugar
Garnish: Ready Whip/Lime Wedge
1. Heat beer and add gelatin and sugar. (Keep heat of beer below 90 degrees to preserve alcohol.) Stir to dissolve and leave to cool.
2. Add tequila and pour into shot glass mold and refrigerate.
3. Once solid, add ready whip to top of jello to resemble foam and garnish with a lime wedge.
