Bellini Martini

Here is one of the fanciest-looking martinis you will ever be able to afford. It's the Bellini Martini, and all you need to make this glorious goblet of booze is Peach Schnapps, vodka, champagne, and raspberries. Garnish with a lemon wheel and sugar to up the Great Gatsby factor.

BELLINI MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Peach Schnapps
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
3 oz. (90ml) Champagne
3 Raspberries
Lemon Wheel
Sugar

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass in sugar. Set aside.
2. In an ice filled cocktail glass combine peach schnapps and vodka. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into glass and top with champagne.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and raspberries.
