The Black-Beer-y Smash is guaranteed to blow people away with its chilled, crisp flavor profile. This awesome wheat beer cocktail mixes up Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberries, mint, and wheat beer, and is perfect for all kinds of whiskey and beer mixed drink lovers.

BLACK-BEER-Y SMASH
2 oz. (60ml) Wheat Beer
2 oz. (60ml) Bourbon
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
Splash Simple Syrup
Blackberries
Mint
Garnish: Mint Sprig

PREPARATION
1. Drop blackberries into base of glass followed by mint leaves, lemon juice and simple syrup. Muddle well.
2. Filled glass with crushed ice and pour over whiskey and beer. Stir well.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
