Bleu Passion Fruit Mojito

The Bleu Passion Fruit Mojito is a crisp, bright take on the classic cocktail that'll have you feeling brisk 'n' breezy. This unique cocktail calls for white rum, Alizé Bleu Passion, simple syrup, and a splash of soda water. BLEU PASSION FRUIT MOJITO
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Alizé Bleu Passion
3/4 oz. (22ml) Simple Syrup
Splash Soda Water
Lime Wedges
Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Lime Wheel

PREPARATION
1. Muddle lime wedges, mint leaves, and simple syrup, in the base of a shaking glass.
2. Add ice and pour in rum, and alizé bleu passion. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into your serving glass over ice and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.
