The Bloody Geisha is a Japanese-inspired take on the Bloody Mary that will blow your mind. This unique version of the timeless cocktail replaces vodka with sake, and also adds into the mix tomato juice, lime juice, soy sauce, and a pinch of wasabi. 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Sake
3 oz. (90ml) Tomato Juice
Dash Lime Juice
Dash Soy Sauce
1. To an ice filled glass pour sake, tomato juice, lime juice, soy sauce and add wasabi. Shake well to mix.
2. Strain mix into serving glass over fresh ice and garnish with a celery stick and lime wheel.
