Bloody Mary Jello Shots

Say goodbye to the classic Bloody Mary cocktail and Jello to these Bloody Mary Jello Shots. These super unique and fairly spicy shots are made with all the classic Bloody Mary ingredients, but they're all infused into an unflavored gelatin that's poured into the insides of celery sticks. The result of this odd combination is a tasty treat that looks almost surreal.

BLOODY MARY JELLO SHOTS
4 oz. (120ml) Vdka
8 oz. (240ml) Tomato Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Tabasco
Pinch Black Pepper
2 packets Unflavored Gelatin
Celery Sticks

PREPARATION
1. Add tomato juice to measuring cup and heat until boiling. Add gelatine and combine. Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce and black pepper.
2. Once mixture has cooled, add vodka and stir.
3. Lay celery sticks flat on a baking dish and pour the mix into the hollow side. Refrigerate until solid.
4. Slice the celery sticks into smaller pieces and serve.
