BLUE CARIBBEAN
1 Part Coconut Rum
1 Part Blue Curacao
1 Part Lemon Juice
Splash Black Absinthe
Dash Silver Pearl Dust
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over coconut rum, blue curacao, lime juice and pearl dust. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into shot glass and layer on black absinthe. Light and serve!
