Blue Coconut Daiquiri

This Blue Coconut Daiquiri is a sweet and swirly drink that'll have you brain frozen in the best way possible. It combines Blue Curaçao, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup for the blue layer, and rum, coconut rum, and cream of coconut for the white layer. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella and cherry for an even more beautiful taste of the tropics.

BLUE COCONUT DAIQUIRI
Blue Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curaçao
1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup

White Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut
Garnish: Cocktail Umbrella, Cherry

PREPARATION:
1. Blend Blue Curaçao, Lime Juice and simple syrup. Set aside.
2. Blend Rum, Coconut Rum, and Cream of Coconut.
3. In a tall glass, build layers with alternating colors. Top with Cherry and umbrella.
