Blue Hawaiian Shot

Surf's up with this Blue Hawaiian Shot, which looks like a gorgeous tropical wave. The Blue Hawaiian Shot combines white rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and a splash of Blue Curaçao Syrup. Rim the shot glass with coconut flakes for even more island-like lovin'.

BLUE HAWAIIAN SHOT
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curaçao
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut
Splash Blue Curaçao Syrup
Rim: Coconut Flakes

PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of your shot glass using coconut flakes. Set aside.
2. In a shaker with ice, combine white rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Shake well. 
3. Strain mix into rimmed glass and drizzle in a splash of blue curaçao syrup.
