Blue Long Island

Give some visual pop to the classic Long Island Iced Tea with this Blue Long Island. This gorgeous blue beauty of a drink combines vodka, gin, white rum, gold tequila, Blue Curaçao, and sweet & sour. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry to add in some more bold colors and fruity flavors.

BLUE LONG ISLAND
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Gin
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Gold Tequila
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curacao
3 oz. (90ml) Sweet & Sour
Garnish: Lemon Wheel/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Add ice, vodka, gin, white rum, gold tequila and sweet and sour mix to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Strain mix over ice in serving glass and drizzle over blue curaçao. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.
