Blue Mule

The Blue Mule is one of those Blueberry Schnapps cocktails that has the perfect balance of lime, ginger, and blueberry flavors. To make this awesome blue mixed drink, mix up vodka, blueberry Schnapps, ginger beer, and lime juice, and garnish with a lime wheel, blueberries, and mint sprig for extra tropical cocktail goodness.

BLUE MULE
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Blueberry Schnapps
3 oz. (90ml) Ginger Beer
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
Ice
Garnish: Lime Wheel/Blueberries/Mint Sprig

PREPARATION
1. Combine fresh lime juice, vodka and blue curaçao in base of serving glass and stir well.
2. Add crushed ice and pour over ginger beer.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel, mint sprig and blueberries.
