Blueberry Drop Martini

Once you try a few sips of this Blueberry Drop Martini, you'll be hooked. This incredible blue vodka cocktail combines blueberry vodka, Blueberry Schnapps, lemon juice, simple syrup, and blue sugar, and works perfectly as a citrus dessert cocktail.

BLUEBERRY DROP MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Blueberry Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Blueberry Schnapps
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Blue Sugar

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass lightly in blue sugar. Set aside.
2. In an ice filled shaking glass combine blueberry vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into prepared glass before adding blueberry schnapps, which will sink to bottom.
