BRUMATE RASPBERRY RUM SORBET CHAMPAGNE FLOAT
Champagne
6 oz. (180ml) Rum
4 oz. (120ml) Lime Juice
3 oz. (90ml) Simple Syrup
16 oz Frozen Raspberries
2 Cups Ice
Garnish: Lime Wheel
PREPARATION
1. Combine raspberries, rum, lime juice, simple syrup and ice in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a dish and freeze overnight.
2. Once frozen pour a glass of champagne and add a scoop or two of sorbet on top. Garnish with a lime wheel.
