Bubblegum Martini

Blow your mind, and some gum, with this Bubble Gum Martini. This twist on the classic vodka martini contains vodka (of course), bubble gum syrup, lemon lime soda, and bubble gum sprinkles. The rim of this pink cocktail is lined with little pieces of bubble gum too for some extra bubble gum mixed drink deliciousness.

BUBBLEGUM MARTINI
½ Pint (200ml) Vodka
12 Bubblegum Pieces
1oz. (30ml) Bubblegum Syrup
1.5 oz. (45ml) Lemon Lime Soda
Bubblegum Sprinkles
Gumballs

PREPARATION
1. Create bubblegum vodka by dropping about 12 pieces of bubblegum into a small bottle and filling with vodka. Allow to infuse overnight.
2. Rim edge of martini glass in corn syrup and bubblegum sprinkles.
3. Combine bubblegum vodka, bubble gum syrup and lemon lime soda in glass.
4. Garnish with a gumball skewer.
