These bad boys contain Irish Cream, Butterscotch Schnapps, milk, butterscotch pudding, and whipped cream, and are perfect as little naughty, boozy party treats. These pudding shots are, of course, based on the Buttery Nipple shot recipe, which also goes by several other names, including the Cowboy, the Butterball, and the C*!ksucking Cowboy — and yes, that last name is most definitely real. Bailey’s is usually the type of cream liqueur used to make The Buttery Nipple, but any brand of cream liqueur will do just fine. You should also expect this Bailey’s cocktail to be 32 proof, which means it’ll have an ABV of around 16%. That’s not as strong as a lot of mixed drinks out there, but definitely still strong enough to get most people tipsy. You’ll also usually see this shot layered, although that isn’t always the case.
