Preparation

Add ice to a mixing glass

Pour 1 oz (30ml) of gold rum into mixing glass

Pour 1 oz of coconut rum into mixing glass

Pour 2 oz of orange juice into mixing glass

Pour 3 oz of pineapple juice into mixing glass

Shake mixture until chilled

Strain mix into serving glass

Add a splash of grenadine to serving glass

Layer 1/2 oz (15ml) of gold rum on top of drink

Garnish with a lime wheel and cocktail umbrella
