Sweet island sunshine, this Caribbean Screwdriver is magical. This coconut rum cocktail includes Peach Schnapps, creme de banana, cream, pineapple juice, and orange juice for a creamy, smooth mixed drink you can enjoy at the beach or on your couch. Cap it with a cherry skewer for a little next-level fruity cocktail love.

CARIBBEAN SCREWDRIVER
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Peach Schnapps
1 oz. (30ml) Creme De Banana
2 oz. (60ml) Cream
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
4 oz. (120ml) Orange Juice
Garnish: Cherry Skewer

PREPARATION
1. Add ice to mixing glass and pour over coconut rum, peach schnapps, creme de banana, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream. Shake well to mix.
2. Strain mix over ice and garnish with a cherry skewer.
