This island rum cocktail combines 151 proof rum, coconut rum, and pineapple juice for a mixed drink that's as tasty as it is simple. CARIBOU LOU
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) 151 Proof Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
5 oz. (150ml) Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Combine 151 proof rum, coconut rum, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into a collins glass over ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
