Charity’s Coconut

Charity's Coconut is a super tasty mixology drink made by master mixologist Charity K Johnston. This advanced vodka cocktail combines coconut purée, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, orange blossom water, and muddled mint for a smooth, sweet drink that's basically irresistible.Garnish with a blood orange slice, mint sprig, and some toasted coconut to up the sexy mixed drink factor.

CHARITY’S COCONUT
2oz. (60ml) Vodka
3/4oz. (22ml) Coconut Purée
1/2oz. (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1/4oz. (7ml) Orange Blossom Water
Muddled mint
Garnish: Blood Orange Slice, Mint Sprig, Toasted Coconut

PREPARATION
1. Muddle some mint leaves in a glass and add the vodka, simple syrup, lime juice, coconut purée and Orange Blossom Water.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Strain mix into a serving glass with ice and garnish with a blood orange/mint sprig skewer and toasted coconut shavings.
