Charity’s Passion Project

Here's another mixology drink from master mixologist Charity K Johnston that all you advanced drink makers need to try out. It's called Charity's Passion Project, and it combines rum, Campari, passion fruit purée, orgeat liqueur, agave nectar, and lemon juice. Seriously, if you want a fun, challenging rum cocktail to try out, this is the drink for you. CHARITY’S PASSION PROJECT 2 oz. (60ml) Rum 1/2 oz. (15ml) Campari 3/4 oz. (22ml) Passion Fruit Puree 3/4 oz. (22ml) Orgeat Liqueur 1/2 oz. (15ml) Agave Nectar 1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice Garnish: Pineapple Wedge PREPARATION 1. In a shaking glass, combine rum, Campari, agave nectar, Orgeat liqueur, lemon juice, and passion fruit puree. Add ice and shake well. 2. Place a small piece of dry ice in a serving glass and top with ice. 3. Strain mix into glass and garnish with a pineapple. DRINK RESPONSIBLY! *Created by IG: @CharityKJohnston
