Charlotte’s Web

The Charlotte's Web cocktail is a super-delicious cocktail created by master mixologist spirit and spoon. This fairly simple mixology drink combines mezcal, strawberry & fresno chile infused campari, and white vermouth for a smooth, dry mixed drink people with advanced palates will love. Garnish with strawberry chilli roll-up and a pinch of salt to balance out all the flavors of this tasty mezcal cocktail.

CHARLOTTE'S WEB
1 3/4 oz. (52ml) Mezcal
3/4 oz. (22ml) Strawberry & Fresno Chile Infused Campari
1/2 oz. (15ml) White Vermouth
Garnish: Strawberry Chili Roll-up, Pinch of Salt

PREPARATION
1. Combine mezcal, infused campari, and white vermouth in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a strawberry chili "roll up" and a pinch of salt.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
